Paris Saint-Germain has been focused on bolstering their center-back position this year, adding young talents like Lucas Beraldo and Willian Pacho. But their efforts aren’t over yet.
Loïc Badé, a center-back for Sevilla, has seen his profile soar after playing a key role for France at the Summer Olympics. His growing importance was further underscored when French national team coach Didier Deschamps called him up during the latest international break.
With Badé now attracting attention, it’s no surprise that multiple clubs are eyeing him. A report from SPORT indicates that Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Liverpool, and Paris Saint-Germain are all interested in making a move for the promising defender.
Liverpool’s stance on Loïc Badé as new report emerges
Spanish outlet Diario AS recently reported that Liverpool are considering Badé as a potential replacement for the aging Virgil van Dijk. They scouted the French defender from Sevilla during the Barcelona-Sevilla match at Montjuïc.
Additionally, TEAMTalk reported on Monday that sources indicate the Premier League side see Badé as a quality, low-cost option. As a result, the Reds will also be closely monitoring him this season.
