Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca is a guy who is just in love with football. His seems to live, love, and breath the game and is constantly working.
There was those stories before he arrived in the summer suggesting that he had done his extensive research looking at the data of each individual Chelsea player that he was inheriting in his squad. He must even use his spare time thinking about football and working. He seems to just absolutely adore the game.

These are all massive positives for Chelsea and us Blues fans, because we have a man who is obsessed with football, and that only works in our favour. When you know the game inside and out and have a big knowledge of players and managers from around the globe, you are already off to a good head start.
Maresca’s knowledge is incredible, and knowledge is most certainly power.
Chelsea boss researching for United game
Chelsea now face Manchester United in their next Premier League game on Sunday afternoon, and like most games in the league, it’s another big one for both sides.
United have just sacked Erik Ten Hag, and at this point in time, we do not know who will be in charge in Sunday.
It might be Ruud Van Nistelrooy, who is the current caretaker manager. Or they might have Sporting manager Ruben Amorim in place, who is heavily rumoured to be the next manager coming in at Old Trafford.
The Daily Mail’s Kieran Gill posted on X last night:
‘Erik ten Hag’s sacking has complicated Chelsea’s week as they’d already analysed Man Utd’s play under the Dutchman in prep for Sunday. Enzo Maresca says he is now poring over PSV games from when Ruud van Nistelrooy was manager, aware they may have to switch again to Ruben Amorim.’
