West Ham United face the prospect of losing a key player to one of our Premier League rivals this summer.
Graham Potter will be making numerous changes at the London Stadium this summer, with a big West Ham squad revamp on the agenda.
Potter needs to strengthen his West Ham ranks in pretty much every single department.
However, in order to make that possible, the Hammers head coach will have to sell numerous players first.
Funds are said to be tight in East London, after some disastrous signings last summer set the club back.
However, it seems like West Ham will have the opportunity to recoup a fairly big fee for one player this summer.
The bad news though is that he has been vitally important for us throughout the years.
Club offer West Ham ace Tomas Soucek big money to join them
Tomas Soucek is drawing interest from an unnamed club it seems.
It was recently claimed that Everton want to sign Tomas Soucek from West Ham in the summer.
Claret and Hugh claim that Soucek is attracting interest from an ‘unnamed Premier League club’ ahead of the summer transfer window.
For what it’s worth, I can almost guarantee you that club is Everton, for obvious reasons!
It is suggested that the unnamed club are prepared to offer the 30-year-old ‘more than £30k-a-week more than he currently earns’.
Soucek picks up £87k-a-week at the London Stadium, according to Salary Sport.
So C&H’s report suggests that the Premier League club will be prepared to pay big Tomas around £120k-a-week.

The report does go on to state that the Czech Republic international loves playing for West Ham and his ambition is to captain us one day.
It will be difficult for Tomas Soucek to turn down that kind of money though, in spite of his love for the Hammers.
Selling Tomas Soucek a sacrifice West Ham must make
The former Slavia Prague midfielder has been a terrific player on the whole for the Hammers over the past five years.
There hasn’t been a player for West Ham recently who has scored as many equalisers and winners as he has.
However, with Potter in desperate need of raising funds this summer, he may well have to sacrifice the midfielder.
Selling Tomas Soucek may be a necessary evil for West Ham this summer.
If the Hammers can get £25 million plus for him, moving him on would be a no-brainer.
