Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has reported the three positions that Chelsea are signing this summer as they look to buy to sell.
Romano has been putting his latest info out on his YouTube channel yesterday and he has some big news to deliver on a number of potential deals.

This comes after David Ornstein of The Athletic has confirmed that Chelsea will only have to pay £5m if they want to cancel the obligation to buy Jadon Sancho from Manchester United this summer.
Fabrizio Romano has reported on this situation on a number of occasions now and he maintains that Chelsea are still planning to buy Sancho in the summer at this moment in time.
Chelsea will be selling to buy this summer though and they also have eyes on three new positions to come in at least, per Romano.
Chelsea look to be busy this summer
Romano says on his channel:
‘Chelsea want to sell players in the summer to finance a move for a striker. This will be really important, also expect them to sign a defender and a winger. Important summer, but a striker is crucial.’
It sounds like the club could still be looking to make some big signings this summer then so we will see what is around the corner.
But it is also clear that this will rest on player sales as well and we will have to wait and see how the pans out in terms of new arrivals.
Chelsea need to get this absolutely spot on and add some proven quality to their starting Xl this summer if they really want to push on.
