Myles Lewis-Skelly looks to be in line for another England start, with Tino Livramento excluded from Thomas Tuchel’s squad to face Latvia on Monday night.
Sami Mokbel reports for the BBC that Tino Livramento has been left out of England’s squad for Monday’s World Cup qualifier against Latvia, with Thomas Tuchel required to exclude three players from his 26-man list of call-ups for every 23-player matchday squad.
Anthony Gordon is out injured, so Tuchel only had to drop two more players, and he opted for Livramento and former Gunner Aaron Ramsdale.
Livramento’s exclusion is noteworthy as he’s a rare player in the squad who can and has played left-back this season. If he’s out, Sky Sports News suggest Lewis-Skelly is likely to retain his place at left-back.

Tuchel does still have options, including Reece James of Chelsea. James came on for Lewis-Skelly in the dying moments of Friday’s game against Albania, and he’s played at left-back on a couple of occasions for his club this season.
But James is primarily a right-back, so Lewis-Skelly is still the more obvious choice of the two.
As for Ramsdale, this is the second time the ex-Arsenal goalkeeper has been left out by Tuchel. It seems pretty clear he’s viewed as the fourth-choice goalkeeper in the squad, with Jordan Pickford, Dean Henderson, and James Trafford all ahead of him.

England won their opening World Cup qualifier against Albania thanks in part to a goal from Lewis-Skelly, and they’ll want to make it two wins from two against Latvia on Monday at 19:45 GMT.
