West Ham United fans need to look away now after something that just happened during the international break.
International breaks are always extremely painful to get through, and that’s especially true this time around for the West Ham fans.
The Hammers have played just two games since February 27th, and we don’t play again until April 1st when we travel to Molineux to take on Wolves!
Hopefully Wolves don’t make fools of us then…
Graham Potter will be desperate to finish the season as strongly as they can, despite having nothing of any substance to play for.
The Hammers have had little shout about during the international break so far, aside from Evan Ferguson’s goal for Ireland on Sunday night.
The sooner this season is over, the better it will be for us. We can all then focus on the summer transfer window.
West Ham definitely have some hugely exciting transfer targets. However, one of them may be completely unattainable now.
West Ham target Jonathan David’s lights up international break
Jonathan David is one of the world’s most elite front-men right now.
He is a truly exceptional talent who will undoubtedly go right to the very top.
However, obtaining the soon-to-be free agent’s signature this summer will be far from straightforward.

West Ham face competition from eight other clubs for Jonathan David, so it will already be incredibly difficult for us to sign him.
However, it may well now be an impossible task.
David scored a goal and bagged an assist for Canada during their CONCACAF Nations League showdown with the United States.

What has Jonathan David said about his next move?
The Lille striker will be out of contract this summer.
He will be a truly exceptional signing for whichever club wins the race for his signature.
Where will he be plying his trade next season though? David responded when asked by Foot Mercato what league he would like to play in the most.
“The Premier League is much faster and more physical than any other league. But for me, I grew up watching La Liga a lot and, for me, it’s my favourite league.
“It’s the league I enjoyed watching the most, so one day I’d like to play there.”
It seems like West Ham’s hopes of signing Jonathan David in the summer are pretty much dead in the water then.
