West Ham United could be set to lose one of our most experienced players this summer.
Graham Potter is planning a big squad revamp at West Ham in the summer transfer window.
That’s exactly what we need, after some really poor squad building at the London Stadium from Julen Lopetegui, Tim Steidten and David Moyes before him.
The current West Ham squad needs some serious work. It’s extremely unbalanced and is the oldest group in the Premier League.
There are numerous players who will be leaving the club this summer, with the likes of Niclas Fullkrug having spoken out about his current unhappiness.
So there will undoubtedly be some big changes incoming at West Ham.
Now one of our most experienced players has spoken out about a potential exit from the club this summer.
Vladimir Coufal could be finished at West Ham
Since Potter arrived at the London Stadium, Vladimir Coufal has fallen well down the right-back pecking order.
The 51-capped Czech Republic international is 32 now, and he has undoubtedly regressed over the past 18 months or so.
Vladimir Coufal isn’t happy with West Ham boss Graham Potter, with the 49-year-old using him as a right-sided centre-back.
With Aaron Wan-Bissaka at the club, Coufal will never be our first choice right-back anymore.
He will be out of contract with the Hammers by the time the summer rolls around.

And I’m convinced that the former Slavia Prague defender is completely finished at West Ham now.
Vladimir Coufal opens up on joining Everton from West Ham
A reunion with David Moyes could well be on the cards for the 32-year-old this summer.
It is being claimed that Moyes wants to bring Coufal from West Ham to Everton.
And Coufal responded when directly being asked about joining his former manager Moyes at Everton, as quoted by iDNES:
“When I am free, anything can happen. But my priority is England, the best league in the world. I want to prove to myself week after week that I have what it takes.”
That seems to me like the Czech Republic international is keeping his options open this summer.
I think that Vladimir Coufal leaving West Ham this summer though is almost guaranteed.
