Mason Mount has been spotted in Man United training for the first time since sealing the move.
Mason Mount become the newest Red Devil this week, with the Englishman leaving Chelsea for Manchester United after a lengthy stay in London.
Erik ten Hag was delivered his man, which feels like the first time United have signed a manager’s top target in years. The move was sweetened by the fact it was completed so early on.
Mount will play a full part in pre-season, meaning he has plenty of time to get to know his new teammates, both on and off the field, before the serious stuff starts next month.
Ahead of the tour, the first photos of Mount in United training have been released – and he looks good out there in Reds colours!

I’m genuinely excited to watch the Englishman play for United. I really do believe this will be an underrated piece of business by Ten Hag. Not only is he signing a top player, but he’s also weakening a rival as a direct result.
Mount’s mobility, energy, on-ball skill and desire to win will absolutely help a midfield that struggled to keep possession at times last season. Ten Hag saw that play out and wanted to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
Pre-season started yesterday, though Mount didn’t appear to be out there with the main group. Well, no less than a day later and he’s working hard, looking to prove that he’s more than worthy of this big-money transfer.
Good to see you out there, Mase!
