Our predicted MUFC XI vs Luton Town is now in, ahead of a must-win game tomorrow.
Manchester United Football Club have been struggling for any sort of consistency this season. The Old Trafford side cannot string wins together, which is in stark contrast from last term.
Erik ten Hag is no doubt feeling the pressure, though he hasn’t been helped by player off-field issues, injury woes and takeover talks continuing. It’s not an excuse when it’s the absolute truth.
No disrespect to this weekend’s opponents, Luton Town, but these are the games United have to be winning at a canter. Regardless of form and what players are out injured. It would absolutely sum up our season if we dropped points here, but let’s hope that isn’t the case come tomorrow evening.
Anyway, enough chatter, let’s delve right into the all-important team news and take a closer look at what sort of team the gaffer could go with.
Check out our predicted MUFC XI vs Luton Town in full here:
Andre Onana does start in between the sticks, with the man from Cameroon certainly looking more calm and composed from an individual standpoint recently.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka has added some extra quality in the full-back positions since his return, though they’ll be a change over at left-back with Sergio Reguilon coming in after a poor Diogo Dalot outing in midweek. Harry Maguire has been excellent recently. He will play alongside Victor Lindelof who is fit again following illness.
We haven’t seen enough of Sofyan Amrabat since his loan move. Why not give him a start and let him complete a full game? Scott McTominay continues to play well so it’d be cruel to drop him here. Bruno Fernandes plays in the number ten position.
Rasmus Hojlund has five European goals but none in the Premier League to date. The Dane will be hoping to break that duck here, aided by Marcus Rashford on his left and Facundo Pellistri to his right.
Come on lads!
