Chelsea are eyeing a monster of a Premier League centre back as they look to provide head coach Mauricio Pochettino with more height.
According to a couple of reports yesterday, more height and physicality is something that Pochettino wants to add to his current squad in the January transfer window, with a centre back being on the agenda.
EXCLUSIVE! Will Chelsea sack Pochettino if they lose at the weekend?
The Daily Mail were just one of a couple of outlets to report this yesterday, or something along those lines.
So it might not come as too much of a surprise to hear our in-house writer Simon Phillips reporting on his Substack today that Chelsea have a keen interest in signing Wolves centre back, Max Kilman.
Phillips says that Kilman is one of the centre-backs that Chelsea are looking at. And standing at 6ft 4in tall, being the captain at Wolves, and having Premier League experience, ticks many of the boxes that Pochettino would seemingly like to add to his squad.
