The Parisians stuttered their way through their clash against Bundesliga opposition, initially going behind at the start of the second half before 17-year-old Warren Zaire-Emery rescued them a vital draw.

The players clapped their travelling fans, with goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma racing a celebratory fist to the crowd, but there was an evident sense of embarrassment on the faces of many.
