And here we go with the reports of unrest behind the scenes at Chelsea – this was obviously about to come.
Whenever a team slumps in form there will often be the reports that follow claiming that there is unrest in the dressing room and things like the manager is losing the support of the players. You see and hear it all the time.
EXCLUSIVE! BIG injury update on long-term injured Chelsea star and when he is now expected back!
It’s not quite got to that point at Chelsea yet, but we are starting to hear the first whispers of the dressing room unrest.
A source close to Chelsea has told The Daily Mail this week: “It’s not a bad dressing room full of egos, but it’s not a good dressing room either.”
“They are mainly young boys learning their way. The only real leader is Thiago Silva, whose wife has publicly called for the manager to be sacked! It’s just a mess.”
That’s exactly what you don’t want to be hearing as a Chelsea fan and often after these things come out, it only ever ends in one way and that is the manager being sacked, yet another manager being sacked at this club.
I think most Chelsea fans want Mauricio Pochettino sacked at this point though, so perhaps some will even be pleased to hear this. Personally, I’m never happy to here such things at my club.
