Marc Guehi has won his race to be fit for Euro 2024 after recovering from knee surgery.
The Crystal Palace defender hasn’t played for three months but is now fully re-integrated into first-team training.
He is expected to be named in the squad to face Manchester United on Monday and, all being well, should feature in the game against Erik ten Hag’s side.
The news comes as a huge boost to Oliver Glasner, who has been without Guehi for the entirety of his reign as the centre-back completed his rehabilitation from an operation on February 28.
Guehi, who suffered the original injury on February 3 against Brighton, completed three sessions at the end of last week before training as normal over the past few days and will be in contention to face United.

The development will also arrive as a major relief to England head coach Gareth Southgate as he finalises his squad for Euro 2024.
Guehi is pushing Harry Maguire hard for the role as John Stones’ central defensive partner in Germany but his operation put his participation in doubt.
But it is clear Guehi has a significant role to play during the tournament as Southgate looks to rotate his players, particularly during matches, amid burn-out concerns.
After the Euros, Palace know they face a huge battle to keep Guehi ahead of next season.
The centre-back is entering the final two years of his deal and, as things stand, will not consider extending.
That is likely to mean that Palace look to sell the defender this summer to ensure he doesn’t enter the final year of his contract – a scenario that will see his value decrease and open up the possibility of him leaving for nothing in 2026.
Liverpool, Manchester United and Tottenham all have a concrete interest in Guehi.
