According to a report from Sky Sport journalist Florian Plettenberg, Crystal Palace midfielder Adam Wharton is not a “hot topic” for Bayern Munich on the transfer market this summer.
Previous reports indicated that the Bavarians — including new head coach Vincent Kompany — were going to make a push for Wharton, but that does not seem to be the case:

With a contract that long, any type of approach to Crystal Palace would likely result in more financial trouble than it is worth. At just 20-years-old, if Wharton continues to develop, Bayern Munich will have opportunities to lure him to Germany later in his career.
