According to a report from Fabrizio Romano (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), RB Leipzig star Dani Olmo’s release clause expires on Monday. Through then, he is available for €60 million.
After that, however, Olmo’s price could skyrocket — especially considering how spectacular he has been playing for Spain at the EURO 2024 tournament:
Dani Olmo’s €60m release clause expires on Monday. Bayern’s top priority remains Xavi Simons. But if the Dutchman decides to go elsewhere, then Olmo is on the list as one of the alternatives. Other clubs are also following the Spaniard.
Romano, however, did update his report. Because Spain made the EURO 2024 final against England, Olmo will pick up another five days to figure things — the new deadline is July 20th:
Key detail on Dani Olmo: following Spain access to Euro 2024 final, the release clause will be valid until July 20 and no longer July 15.
There was this specific factor on the clause due to the Euros, now formally approved.

As stated, Bayern Munich is interested in Olmo and could be poised to make a move for him very quickly. However, competition is expected to be tight. Manchester City has also been linked with the Spaniard.
