Bayern Munich has had an offseason of changes, but Jamal Musiala is not fretting things too much.
“Changes can always be positive. We will definitely do everything we can to ensure that the atmosphere is good and that we quickly internalize the ideas of the new coach Vincent Kompany. And then of course we will try to get as far as possible — ideally to the final,” Musiala told Abendzeitung journalist Maximilian Koch (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).
Musiala will be a key figure in whatever the final plan is for Vincent Kompany and the new regime in the front office, but his contract situation being in limbo (Musiala’s contract ends in 2026), the club could have to pivot once more if the Germany international decides he wants to move on.
Change, as they say, is constant.
