According to a report from Sky Sport journalists Florian Plettenberg and Kerry Hau (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), Bayern Munich winger Bryan Zaragoza is not considering loan options within Germany.
The Spaniard wants to return home and has drawn interest from Valencia and Girona. Valencia is where Zaragoza wants to play, while Girona appears to be a contingency plan for the 22-year-old:
Bryan Zaragoza wants to return to Spain. A loan move within the Bundesliga is not an option for him at all. The Spaniard’s preferred destination is Valencia. There’s still no total agreement. Girona still have an outside chance.
While it is still early in Zaragoza’s tenure with Bayern Munich, it is fair to ask what the club was thinking when it acted in desperation to bring him in last winter? Zaragoza has no clear future with the club at this point and Bayern Munich is actively “recruiting over him.”
Clearly, a loan would be a good chance for the Spaniard to showcase himself for a permanent transfer in the future.
