With the transfer window set to close on Friday evening, the clock is very much ticking for Premier League sides still looking to strengthen their ranks.
While it has been a busy window once more for the likes of Chelsea – who have once again spent big – there are some teams who have chosen to remain patient and only foray into the market once or twice.
Liverpool for example only on Thursday completed a deal for Federico Chiesa from Juventus to become their first arrival of the summer, with Valencia keeper Giorgi Mamardashvili joining next year.
But with time rapidly running out for the top-flight sides, who needs what in the last few hours before the squads are locked in?

They have interest from Crystal Palace in Mark Travers and Nottingham Forest in Neto. has been interest from Championship sides such as Sheffield United in midfielder Philip Billing.
Winger Jaiden Anthony has joined Burnley and Daniel Jebbison has gone to Watford.
BRENTFORD
The £50m plus price tag and salary expectations of Ivan Toney have meant slow progress on his departure.
They would consider another forward as there is still interest from rivals in Yoane Wissa.
They have added Gremio winger Gustavo Nunes, 18, and have been offered Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain from Besiktas.

BRIGHTON
Have spent over £200m on nine new signing and would still like cover at centre-back with PSV Eindhoven’s Olivier Boscagli on their radar.
Matt O’Riley’s ankle injury may mean Billy Gilmour’s move to Napoli remains on hold.
Their main focus is to offload a number of fringe players on loan like Malick Yalcouye to Sturm Graz, keeper Carl Rushworth to Hull and winger Amario Cozier-Duberry who may join Blackburn.
Right back Tariq Lamptey is another ready to go.
CHELSEA
All eyes are on whether they can get a deal over the line for Napoli’s Victor Osimhen.
If not, then other strikers such as Villa’s Jhon Duran, Dominic Calvert-Lewin at Everton and possibly Ivan Toney come into focus.
A swap involving Raheem Sterling and Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho is on the cards while the exit door will swing as Crystal Palace target Trevoh Chalobah and more are ushered out the door.
Keeper Djordje Petrovic has also been convinced to join sister club Strasbourg and Romelu Lukaku is now a Napoli player. Chelsea may yet add another defender with Forest’s Murillo and Tomas Araujo of Benfica on their list.

Trying to make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear once again. Neal Maupay has escaped to Marseille on loan while they are ready to offload Mason Holgate too.

A centre back and another attacking midfield or forward option would be ideal for Eddie Howe but it’s all becoming a bit fraught with the time and budget they had allocated to negotiating for Marc Guehi.
Miguel Almiron could yet depart but Howe won’t want any seniors players to go without a replacement being lined up.
Kieran Trippier had interest from Everton, Atalanta and Galatasaray but didn’t fancy those. Keeper Martin Dubravka could also go with Burnley’s James Trafford still favoured.

Forest have been making bids for Eintracht Frankfurt striker Omar Marmoush after being rejected by Feyenoord’s Santiago Gimenez. Frankfurt want £25m.

WEST HAM
Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Carlos Soler is wanted on loan but the emphasis has been on getting players out.
James Ward-Prowse has interest from Nottingham Forest, Maxwel Cornet is an option for Southampton and Nayef Aguerd has Al Ittihad, Villarreal, Real Sociedad and Wolves among his suitors. Danny Ings could also go.
