Michael Olise has already proved himself to be a decent player while he was still at Crystal Palace. Bayern Munich came calling in the summer and signed him for at least £45 million and played with France at the Olympics where he truly blossomed. He has carried that form into club level, leaving a good impression on the club bosses:
Bayern are extremely happy with Michael Olise, not just for his three goals in the last two games.
Impact has been excellent and Bayern believe it’s been a bargain for £45m + £5m add-ons.
Management and staff both see huge potential as he can develop a lot and quickly.

Bayern has an extremely talented roster of wingers, with Jamal Musiala, Leroy Sané, and a resurgent Serge Gnabry being only a portion of an all-star team that includes Harry Kane up front. If Olise keeps this form up, Palace will almost certainly get their extra £5 million performance-related bonus soon enough.
