Bayern Munich are known to have some of football’s biggest stars, and subsequently some of the most valuable players in the world.
Transfermarkt has released their top ten most valuable players in the world and, unsurprisingly, Bayern have one representative, sharing seventh spot with Bayer Leverkusen’s, Florian Wirtz, and Manchester City’s, Phil Foden (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).
Manchester City’s Erling Haaland comes in at number one with Phil Foden being the The Citizen’s second representative in the top ten. Real Madrid, predictably, have the most players in the top ten with Vinicius Junior, Jude Bellingham and Kylian Mbappé taking the second, third and fourth spots, respectively.
Bundesliga fans have to look to the sixth and seventh spot to find their two most valuable players, Florian Wirtz and Jamal Musiala. Interestingly, the ongoing debate between who is better between the two German talents isn’t helped by their transfer values being exactly the same. The Bundesliga’s next most valuable player – Harry Kane – is only good enough for 20th spot.
The rest of the top ten is made up of Barcelona wonder kid, Lamine Yamal, Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka and Chelsea’s Cole Palmer.
