Dele Alli has begun full training with Serie A side Como FC during their mid-season camp in Marbella as he bids to earn a contract with the club.
The England international has been without a team since his Everton contract expired in the summer, though he was allowed to continue training with the Toffees until his departure last month.
Following the exit, Alli was given another chance to resurrect his career by former Chelsea and Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas, who is in charge of the newly promoted side.
Alli has been training with Como since the end of last month but session had been individual up until that point. He has now completed his first session with the group as they gear up for the second half of the campaign.
Como have been afforded additional time away because of the postponement of their clash against AC Milan, who are taking on rivals Inter in the Supercoppa Italiana on Monday.
Alli looked in good spirits alongside several members of his training group in an image posted to Instagram by former Liverpool defender Alberto Moreno.

The former Tottenham midfielder has not played a competitive match since February 2023 during a loan spell with the Turkish club Besiktas and announced his departure from the Toffees last week after making just 13 appearances in almost three years.
Last week, Como boss Fabregas gave a positive assessment of the 28-year-old’s first few days with the side.
‘He’s training with us now,’ said Fabregas. ‘Dele’s feeling good. He’s a wonderful player. If we can help him, we’re more than happy. At the moment, he’s only training with us…’
Although Fabregas was quick to cool any talk of an imminent deal, the warm words will no doubt encourage Alli who has played in a Champions League final and a World Cup semi-final.
In December, La Gazzetta dello Sport reported that Fabregas was considering signing Alli and wanted to look at him at close quarters.
Como FC, currently hover just a point above the relegation zone in 16th place with an important clash with 15th-placed Lecce on Monday.
Alli remains confident that he can return from the wilderness and revealed earlier this year that he had been targeting a spot at the 2026 World Cup with England.
Alli previously starred as an England regular and played at Euro 2016 and the World Cup in Russia two years later but hasn’t featured since making his 37th international appearance five years ago.
