West Ham star Nayef Aguerd must take a long hard look at his game after another poor display for the Hammers.
Nayef Aguerd has been likened to a Ferrari and Rolls Royce by some excited West Ham fans at times.
But all too often the Hammers defender he’s playing like one which has had the wrong fuel put in it.
Aguerd has had a stop-start West Ham career so far.
It got off to the worst possible start with that ankle injury in pre-season which required surgery.

West Ham star Aguerd must take a long hard look at his game after another poor display.
There is no doubt that with time Aguerd can prove to be a superb addition for West Ham, even if he did cost a sizeable £30m.
But he just looks like a bag of nerves and it transmits to the rest of the team at times.
He was imperious in the win over Man United last weekend.
But he has followed it up wit nervy displays against AZ Alkmaar and now Brentford.
Aguerd was at fault for both goals in West Ham’s 2-0 defeat at in west London.

His passing out from the back was nowhere near the level required. He played a terrible ball into Flynn Downes – who was being marked by two players – which gifted Brentford a 1-0 lead.
And the he was caught napping from a flicked on long throw for the second.
He may be baby-faced but Aguerd is not a young player. He turns 28 next season.
It is frustrating for West Ham fans because we have seen what he is capable of.
But we have probably also seen why none of the top clubs have ever taken a chance on him either given the inconsistencies in his performances.
It definitely doesn’t help that he is part of an ever-changing back line this season, it must be said.
Let’s hope that after a debut season of adjustment and settling into Premier League football Aguerd is all the better for it next term.
He certainly has the quality, athleticism and ability. He just needs to be a bit more sure of himself and focused on a consistent basis.
