Chaotic scenes ensued afterwards as West Ham’s players and staff partied the night away in Prague, with the wild scenes appearing on social media shortly afterwards.
And, in the wake of their historic victory, it wasn’t just the players and staff who were overjoyed with the result, with one young supporter unable to hold back the tears when reviewing the match.
During an interview with the BBC, the fan said: ‘I feel absolutely amazing. This is the best night of my life, I just can’t believe I’m here!

As he was talking, the young supporter could barely hold back the emotions as tears ran down his cheek following the historic victory for the Hammers.
The same fan had gone viral just a few months ago after giving a hilarious review of West Ham’s Conference League clash with AZ Alkmaar.
After their 2-1 win in the first-leg, the fan gave an interview and produced an iconic line, after saying: ‘the airport is that way, Prague is this way. We’re getting to that final, I’m telling ya’.
Club captain Declan Rice later uttered the phrase himself after the second-leg win over the Dutch side in a post-match interview.

After the game on Wednesday, plenty of videos of the Hammers celebrating the win began circulating social media, with Declan Rice leading the antics.
As the team got off the bus, goalkeeper Alphonse Areola produced a portable music player and even manager David Moyes joined in as they danced along with two dozen happy fans at 2am this morning.
Matchwinner Bowen was all smiles, too, laughing as his teammates danced to a song which affectionately celebrates his relationship with Dani Dyer, with whom he has recently had twins.
Star striker Michail Antonio shared a clip onto his Instagram page that showed the West Ham players partying away inside a private room in their hotel.
