Hammers boss David Moyes will be really keen to bolster his central defensive ranks at the London Stadium this summer.

West Ham want to bring Daniel Ballard back to London after Arsenal sold him in 2022
The Belfast Telegraph reckon that the 23-year-old is firmly on the Hammers’ radar this summer.
I actually think that Ballard would be a decent addition for West Ham in the summer transfer window. He stands at 6ft 2in tall and has a very good leap, so would be useful for us both defensively and inside the final third.
The North Irishman made 19 Championship appearances for Sunderland last season and averaged 1.6 tackles, 1.5 interceptions, 4.6 clearances and 3.5 successful aerial duels per match (Who Scored).
He is incredibly strong in the tackle, dominating in the air, and plays with plenty of passion and desire.
Quite how much Sunderland will demand for Daniel Ballard remains to be seen, but West Ham should definitely make a move if he is available for a reasonable price.
The former Arsenal man has everything that Moyes usually looks for in a centre-half.
