David Moyes brought Paqueta to the Hammers from Lyon in the summer of 2022 for a club record £51 million fee (The Times).
He has proven to be an exceptional player over the past few months, in spite of a slow start to life with West Ham.

PSG could move to sign ‘simply sensational’ West Ham star Lucas Paqueta this summer
90 Min claim that the Hammers face a struggle to keep the Brazilian this summer amidst emerging interest from PSG.
Losing Paqueta would be an absolute killer blow for West Ham, with Declan Rice expected to leave the London Stadium this summer as well.
And for that reason, I just don’t think we will even entertain offers for him this summer.
Described as ‘simply sensational’ by football journalist James Berge, the South American is a truly wonderful footballer.
He is incredibly composed in possession, has unbelievable skill and vision and played a vital role in keeping the Hammers in the Premier League and winning the Europa Conference League.
West Ham really must do everything possible to keep Lucas Paqueta at the London Stadium for at least a few more years.
And I am fairly positive that the 25-year-old Brazilian will not be going anywhere this summer, even if PSG come knocking.
