West Ham are especially interested in signing ex Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi, and he wants a return to the Premier League.
According to a report from L’Equipe, Matteo Guendouzi is firmly on the radar of West Ham, and the one-time Arsenal ace could be set for a return to England in the summer transfer window.

Hammers boss David Moyes needs to strengthen his central midfield ranks at the London Stadium, with Declan Rice set to leave the club this summer.
And it seems as though one man in particular is on Moyes’s mind…
West Ham ‘especially’ interested in bringing Matteo Guendouzi back to the Premier League
L’Equipe reckon that the Hammers are showing more interest than any other club in the race to sign the French midfielder.
I actually think he could be a very useful addition for us this summer.
He has been described as an ‘incredibly progressive’ player, and a very good passer of the football (Breaking the Lines).
Meanwhile, The Metro have labelled him as a ‘superb’ player.
Foot Mercato claim that Marseille want around €30 million (£26 million) for the 23-year-old former Arsenal midfielder.
That’s great value as far as I’m concerned, and West Ham should be all over it.
Not only will Declan Rice leave the London Stadium this summer, but a big upgrade on Tomas Soucek is required urgently.
Matteo Guendouzi is on another level to Soucek, and would make West Ham tick in the middle of the park, as long as Moyes brings in an elite central midfielder along with the Frenchman.
This will be one to keep a very close eye on over the next few weeks, once the Rice deal is done.
