However, after he left Spurs to return to Villarreal, could David Moyes be tempted to try and sign him for the Hammers again?

Long-term West Ham target Arnaut Danjuma now back on the market after Tottenham horror spell
El Periódico Mediterráneo reckon that the 26-year-old forward is back at Villarreal but it’s only temporary, with the La Liga side keen to move him on for around £21 million – the same fee that they paid Bournemouth to sign him in 2021 (Sky Sports).
In fairness, I would be really shocked if Moyes did indeed make a move to sign Danjuma.
His spell with Tottenham was a disastrous one. He bagged just two goals in 12 games for Spurs (Transfermarkt).
There is no denying the former Bournemouth ace’s talent and potential. He has been described as an ‘incredible’ player by One Football.
The problem is that he clearly doesn’t apply himself properly and there has been constant chatter about his attitude problems.
I really can’t see Arnaut Danjuma joining West Ham after his Tottenham exit. He just wouldn’t fit into the ethos at the London Stadium.
That said, there is definitely a player in there somewhere, and there might be a club out there that ends up getting a real bargain by signing the Dutchman.
