Anthony Elanga makes decision between joining West Ham and Nottingham Forest
The Telegraph reckon that the 21-year-old is set to join Forest from Man United in a £15 million deal.
He apparently rejected the chance to move to the London Stadium.

We have European football on offer at the London Stadium, and have far greater prospects of a top 10 finish this season than the East Midlands club do.

Now Moyes has to go back to the drawing board and put all of his energy in to strengthening his squad elsewhere, before the transfer window slams shut at the end of next month.
