En-Neysri back on radar
The Irons have been given another bite of the cherry in their pursuit of long term target Youssef En-Nesyri.
Sevilla, his parent club are in dire straits on the financial front with debts in excess of £80 million.
There has been history regarding trying to get his signature, because way back in 2021 our Supremo tried to get him for £27million following Sebastien Haller’s £22m switch to Ajax.
We then tried again this winter when we tried to tempt Sevilla into a loan deal which was once again rejected.
This time, however, due to Sevilla`s financial situation we may be in with a chance.
A proven goal scorer with 14 goals last season he would be a fabulous addition to pep up our increasingly threadbare front line.
The striker had made it clear the last time our interest emerged that he wasn’t sure about a move to West Ham but his options may now be closing.
