West Ham were held to a 2-2 draw by National League side Dagenham & Redbridge in their fourth pre-season match at Chigwell Construction Stadium.
David Moyes opted for a mix of experience and youth, with the likes of Tomas Soucek, Nayef Aguerd and Vladimir Coufal all given starts.
The Hammers took the lead through Maxwel Cornet’s 11th minute finish after Said Benrahma laid it to him from the edge of the box.
However, the hosts equalised on the half hour mark, with Inih Effiong scoring from distance after going close just minutes earlier.
Moyes‘ side regained the lead on the 52 minute mark as 18-year-old striker Divin Mubama made an instant impact from the bench to finish from close-range.

Said Benrahma was brought down by Tom Eastman in the 57th minute and the Algerian went close to extending West Ham’s lead but his free-kick rattled the bar.
West Ham goalkeeper Alphonse Areola went unthreatened for the majority of the second-half until Luizao brought down Aaron Blair with 10 minutes remaining on the clock.
Referee Morgan Conn gave a free kick before then pointing to the spot. Sydney Ibie converted from the penalty cooly to put the Daggers level once again.
West Ham will continue their preparations for the new season when they travel to Rennes next weekend.
