A fresh report has claimed that West Ham will only be able to sign Chelsea ace Conor Gallagher if we make a £40 million offer.
According to a report from TMW, Chelsea won’t be selling Conor Gallagher to West Ham in the summer transfer window for anything less than €46 million (£40 million).

Conor Gallagher twist as Chelsea make new demand to West Ham
TMW claim that the Hammers will have to pay £40 million to sign the England international this summer.
That contradicts a recent report that claimed Chelsea only wanted £25 million for the 23-year-old.
Gallagher is far more of an attacking midfielder and doesn’t have the discipline to sit and protect the back four.
I actually would like West Ham to sign Conor Gallagher, but only if he is brought in alongside a top-class defensive midfielder – someone like Sofyan Amrabat.
The Chelsea ace is a very competent footballer, and would add some much needed energy to our central midfield.
West Ham would be a better side with Conor Gallagher, there’s no doubting that.
However, Moyes absolutely has to bring in a top-class defensive midfielder as well in order for us to make real progress after Rice’s exit.
