The Blues have already offered £21 million but that’s nowhere near enough.
The East London outfit are allegedly very keen to sign the 21-year-old speed demon this summer.
Hammers boss David Moyes is quite clearly desperate to add some real pace to his front-line at the London Stadium this summer.

West Ham told to pay £30 million for Elye Wahi but Chelsea make first bid
Montpellier have allegedly informed West Ham and Chelsea that it will take £30 million to sign the 21-year-old forward this summer.
Described by Transfermarkt as ‘incredible’, Wahi has absolutely everything needed to go on and become a huge star in the game.
He is an absolute speed demon and has the kind of pace that terrifies defenders.
The young Frenchman possesses something completely different to Moyes’s current striker options, what with his unbelievable speed and movement.
The 21-year-old is an incredible finisher as well. Last season, he bagged 19 goals and six assists in 33 Ligue 1 games for Montpellier (Transfermarkt).
£30 million for Elye Wahi sounds like superb value to me, and I really hope that West Ham manage to beat Chelsea to his signature this summer.
