Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin faces a spell out after suffering a facial injury, according to reports.
The forward was taken off against Aston Villa during the Toffees’ 4-0 defeat at Villa Park after colliding with Emi Martinez in the first half.
The clash of heads left the striker with a sizeable welt on his face and he was forced off as a result.

Furthermore, Calvert-Lewin must follow the FA’s concussion protocol before returning for Everton.
While he tried to finish the match, Everton’s backroom staff made the decision to withdraw him and it was the right one.
The Toffees are in the market for a new forward, with Southampton’s Che Adams the priority this summer.
Mail Sport revealed that Everton have made an improved offer worth £15million for the striker this week.
However, a deal is yet to be agreed between the clubs as talks remain ongoing following the offer.
It remains to be seen as to whether Dyche will get his man, but they are in desperate need of attacking reinforcements following the news of Calvert-Lewin’s injury.
