good morning!
A couple of months ago your hoddler-in-chief divulged that he indulges in the chess.
Turns out – he isn’t the only one.
Mo Salah, of Liverpool fame, said in a recent interview that he is a chess addict as well.
“I play chess, I am addicted to chess. Every day, literally every day,” he told Sky Sports.
Same, Mo Salah. Same.
Salah told Sky Sports that he has a rating of 1400 (and I’m guessing he uses Chess.com to play). Not sure which category he uses, but that’s pretty impressive.
But he also admits he cannot hold a candle to grand master and former world champ Magnus Carlson.
Normally, I’d say something snarky. But I’m also only a 450ish player (on the 5-minute challenge) so I cannot say a darn thing about Mo Salah’s chess ability.
