Liverpool star goalkeeper Alisson Becker may soon be provided with a ‘jaw-dropping’ wage offer to leave Anfield, reports say, while his elite teammate Virgil van Dijk also has an uncertain future.
After his £65 million move from Roma to Liverpool in July 2018, Alisson quickly became one of the top goalies around the globe.
At the time, he was the priciest keeper ever for Liverpool, but he soon showed his worth with many great games.
The Brazilian has kept 114 clean sheets in 263 matches for Liverpool, playing a key role in big wins like the Champions League, Premier League, and FA Cup.
Liverpool has Alisson tied down to a long-term contract until June 2027, but now Saudi club Al-Nassr, with Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mane already on its books, has described Alisson as their number one choice.
Now, journalist Wayne Veysey said that in the coming days, Saudi chiefs will present a jaw-dropping contract proposal to Alisson’s camp to make a move to the Middle East.
While there is no mention of which Saudi club is providing this mega offer, according to TEAMtalk, the clear frontrunner for Alisson’s signature is Al-Nassr.
Liverpool are ‘bracing themselves’ for a bid and fear that he could be tempted.

The Reds, however, have no intention of selling Alisson as he remains central to the Liverpool 2.0 squad under Dutch coach Arne Slot.
Andriy Lunin of Real Madrid will be an option for them if Al-Nassr ends up landing Alisson.
Alisson is far from the only Reds star whose future is uncertain.
After his nation’s exit from Euro 2024, Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk stated he ‘hasn’t has even a slightest idea’ about his own future.
The center-back mentioned, “This summer, I’ll carefully consider my future at both the club and international levels. After taking some time to recover, I’ll decide on the next steps.”
Van Dijk’s return has put Liverpool three games short of finally finding him some cover, but the Reds are already preparing for life after him.
The likes of Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, or even Saudi Arabia would be a good move for Van Dijk.
In light of this, Liverpool is stepping up interest in signing Portuguese defender Inacio.
If Alisson and Van Dijk were to end up leaving, this would be a major blow to the Liverpool squad.
These two senior players would have been very well fancied amongst the fans for the amount of incredible service they have rendered for their club in recent times.
Club chiefs Michael Edwards and Richard Hughes were determined not to allow Alisson to leave and would try to convince Van Dijk by offering him a new contract.
