Kobbie Mainoo might be enjoying some downtime but he is still doing what he loves, having a kickabout.
The Manchester United ace has travelled to the United States with his brother Jordan Mainoo-Hames, who has appeared on reality TV show Love Island.
They have made their way to California, where Mainoo entertained some local kids at Venice Beach.
The iconic area is renowned for its bohemian spirit, full of leisurely activities and buzzing vibes, a must-go if you’re in town.
And Mainoo decided to get involved, kicking a ball around with the locals and showing off his snazzy skills in the process.
Footage showed the youngster playing on a concrete pitch on Venice Beach alongside his brother as he showed his quality.
That included some silky dribbling before pulling out a rabona shot at the end.
The video has since gone viral on social media and fans are loving seeing the United ace in action.
Fans responded with one writing: “Kobbie Mainoo is different.”
Another wrote: “Talented young man with a bright future.”
And a third said: “True baller!”
Mainoo hung around after the kickabout to speak to fans and sign autographs alongside his pals and family.
While Mainoo might be in the States where United have travelled for their pre-season tour, he is still enjoying his holiday.
The 19-year-old had a long summer after becoming a star man for Gareth Southgate over Euro 2024, helping England reach the final before losing to Spain.
United have allowed the teenager to enjoy an extended break after not only becoming a key player for England but for the Red Devils too.
It means he missed United’s pre-season loss to Arsenal on Saturday at the SoFi Stadium, only down the road in Los Angeles in Inglewood.
Rasmus Hojlund had put Erik ten Hag‘s men ahead before goals from Gabriel Jesus and Gabriel Martinelli flipped the match on its head.
