Bayern Munich have already started their season with a win over SSV Ulm, but the club scheduled one last friendly before the Bundesliga gets underway. This time, it’s Swiss side Grasshopper Club Zürich who will be visiting the FC Bayern Campus despite already being four games deep into their league season (with one draw and three losses).
This game will likely be for the players who didn’t start against Ulm, with possible cameos by the likes of Thomas Müller, Jamal Musiala, and the like. Bayern Munich don’t kick off their Bundesliga campaign until Sunday, so it seems a timely opportunity for a friendly to keep the players’ sharpness up.
