A goal at Bochum, now three more at Mainz: suddenly, everything Jamal Musiala touches is becoming goaled — er, turning gold.
The Bayern Munich star is clearly enjoying his football and trying his best to be nonchalant about it.
“I’m getting in good position in the box, which allows me to score easy goals,” the 21-year-old said after the Mainz match in comments captured via @iMiaSanMia. “That was missing from my game in the past few years. Today it worked really well.”
The youngster was slipped in by striker Harry Kane in the second minute of the match to help the Bavarians on their way to an easy victory. Kane gave props to his teammate after the match:
