According to a report from L’Equipe journalist Loïc Tanzi (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), it is unlikely that Joshua Kimmich will leave Bayern Munich, but there is a way:
Bayern are very confident that Joshua Kimmich would extend his contract to the point that within the club, an agreement is now considered almost done, although there’s of course some caution as long as the papers are not signed
A club source told @lequipe: “In order to leave, he needs to feel that the project he’s going to is superior to Bayern’s and that he will have more guarantees of winning titles. I don’t think Barcelona or PSG are stronger in this regard than we can be.”
Not many teamsa fit that bill. Manchester City, Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, and….maybe no one else. As it stands, it sure feels like Kimmich will be back at Bayern Munich.
