Fabrizio Romano has provided his latest information on the Man United and Jadon Sancho saga.
Manchester United Football Club have been dealing with many off-field issues to start this season. As a result, it feels like it’s impact both on-field results and performances.
The right-wing position is the one that has been hit the hardest. Mason Greenwood is a thing of the past. Antony has been missing for a while, with Jadon Sancho still nowhere to be seen.
The Englishman has been completely exiled from the first-team mix ever since a disagreement with Erik ten Hag.
Now, Fabrizio Romano has provided his latest information on the situation. He claims that the United player’s exit is now ‘very likely’. As things stand, there’s still no clarity with the coaching staff, while the ‘tense situation’ remains. Once again, it’s reiterated that the only way the situation will be fixed is via an apology. One does not look like it’s forthcoming.
🚨 Manchester United feel that January exit for Jadon Sancho is now very likely.
There’s still no clarity with the coaching staff and United will be open to let him leave in 2024 as tense situation remains.

The ball has been firmly in Sancho’s court for the last month. Why would he suddenly back down at this point? He’s taken his stance and it feels like he’d rather play his football elsewhere, rather than making things right here in Manchester.
The problem for United is now moving on Sancho. Clubs will know his situation, hence it’d drastically lower the asking price. Is there any way United can recoup even £30m of the £70m+ they paid to sign him? I’m not so sure.
You’d expect a move will initially be a loan in January, with a view to a permanent sale at a reduced price next summer.
