Our confirmed MUFC XI for the Premier League away game vs Fulham is now in.
Manchester United Football Club are now in a must-win scenario today, or else the pressure will continue to mount on Erik ten Hag.
Fulham away is never easy. It took a super late Alejandro Garnacho winner to earn all three points in this fixture last season. No doubt Marco Silva’s men are ready to try and avenge that late loss.
The Cottagers actually played very well against United in all the meetings last season and I’d expect another good performance fro them here. With that in mind, the Red Devils will simply have to play better than they have been doing of late. Obviously, that’s not easy given the lack of confidence in that dressing room.
I was expecting to see mass changes from the midweek game, with a side more in line with the Machester derby XI. Well, there is one notable absentee from that clash, with Marcus Rashford not in the squad whatsoever. There’s only a place on the bench for Raphael Varane, too…

Andre Onana starts in between the sticks, with the man from Cameroon the only viable option really.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka is back in the XI which is a welcome boost. He was pretty good at the weekend and it’s good to see him out there. Over on the left-hand side, Diogo Dalot plays after a dreadful midweek outing. Harry Maguire continues to partner Jonny Evans at the heart of defence.
The midfield trio is certainly interesting, though the lack of options doesn’t help. It looks like Scott McTominay will play in a more defensive role, with Christian Eriksen tasked with keeping things ticking over. Bruno Fernandes starts and captains United.
Rasmus Hojlund will lead the line as he continues to search for his first Premier League goal. Alejandro Garnacho plays as Marcus Rashford is out injured, with Antony completing the XI.
