Our confirmed MUFC XI for the Premier League game vs Everton is now in…
Manchester United are in a must win scenario. The Red Devils need to build some positive momentum between now and Christmas and three points here, against an Everton side who are chomping at the bit, would be a pretty nice way to kick things off.
Injuries haven’t helped Erik ten Hag. Though the gaffer will welcome some players back today. Luke Shaw tops the bill. It’s pretty great to have a top tier left-back available for selection once again.
Everton will be rowdy. They’ll be aggressive. They’ll be playing with a real point to prove. Goodison Park away is not easy at the best of times. This absolutely kicks it up another notch. Can United work as a team in that pressure cooker environment? Only time will tell. At the end of the day, it’s just 11vs11. I’d back our guys against most teams in the world, assuming they’re in that positive mindset.
Anyway, the team news is now in so let’s give you the full rundown…

Andre Onana has been passed fit and ready to play which is a big lift for our hopes here. No disrespect to Altay Bayindir is intended.
Diogo Dalot plays at right-back here, with the man from Portugal hoping to bounce back with a good game. Luke Shaw makes his first start since August which is a massive boost for our chances. Harry Maguire does keep his place in the side ahead of Raphael Varane, partnering Victor Lindelof.
Scott McTominay starts in midfield after his good form for both club and country, partnering starlet Kobbie Mainoo. I am super excited to see how he gets on. Bruno Fernandes completes the midfield three.
Anthony Martial comes in for a rare start in the wake of Rasmus Hojlund’s injury absence. Marcus Rashford will presumably start off the right-hand side here, with Alejandro Garnacho getting the nod on the left.
Come on you Reds!
