Amad is working hard to make his injury return for Man United, with the winger set to be back in training in a fortnight.
Manchester United’s season can be defined by the sheer volume of injuries that Erik ten Hag has had to contend with. Whether it’s something to do with his training regime, or sheer bad luck, remains to be seen.
The Old Trafford side seem to be coming out of the other side, though they will remain without some key faces until 2024. However, the return of both Luke Shaw and Kobbie Mainoo feels significant.
It does seem as though another player will be back in the mix sooner rather than later, too. Amad.
Reputable United source, @InsiderUtd1, has provided an update on Amad. He states that the United star’s injury recovery is progressing nicely, with rehab and training ‘going well’.
to add to that, he should be able to join in first-team training within a fortnight, which is a nice boost for Ten Hag.
Check out @InsiderUtd1’s tweet on the information here:
Amad Diallo’s rehab and training going well, should be able to join first team squad training full time in the next couple of weeks.

United haven’t really gotten much production from the wide areas this season. Marcus Rashford, Antony and Facundo Pellistri have all blown hot and cold. Alejandro Garnacho has only started to turn it on recently.
There’s a real possibility that Amad can return to fitness and make a positive impression. The man from the Ivory Coast looked stunning for Sunderland last season. Making the leap up to the Premier League is not going to be easy, though he may never get a better chance than right now.
It’s up to the young man to come back and really prove his worth to the Old Trafford side. I genuinely believe he can do it.
