Man United have their eyes on talented Swedish midfielder, Lucas Bergvall.
Manchester United have always been pretty good at identifying top talents across Europe, bringing them into Old Trafford and developing their talents. Look at Alejandro Garnacho as the most recent example of that.
It’s where the Red Devils excel. None of this spending big money on signings. United should get back to what they do best and that is trusting in youth.
The latest transfer report is good news on that front, as United are seemingly in the chase to sign the excellent youngster, Lucas Bergvall.
It’s journalist Matteo Moretto with the scoop. He took to Twitter to share his latest information on that front. He states that United ‘pay attention’ to the situation of the talented midfielder – though he already has an offer from elsewhere.
That offer comes from Serie A side Inter Milan, while FC Barcelona are also said to have entered the race. They have made first ‘direct contacts’ to bring in Bergvall.

The interested parties alone should tell you everything you need to know about the Djurgårdens IF midfielder’s talent and natural ability.
However, I do wonder whether United can win this race, particularly as they’re struggling badly right now and other sides have already made genuine offers to Bergvall.
The Old Trafford club are seemingly leaving it typically-late to get themselves in the mix to sign the 17-year-old, who is obviously highly thought of all across the continent.
