Tottenham Hotspur have been drawn at home against reigning champions Manchester City in the fourth round of the FA Cup, while Chelsea will host Aston Villa in another all-Premier League tie.
Maidstone United, the lowest-ranked team left in the competition, have been drawn away against Championship high-fliers Ipswich Town. The National League South side beat League One Stevenage 1-0 at home on Saturday in what was the shock of the third round to secure their place at the next stage.
Should Manchester United beat Wigan Athletic in their Monday night third-round fixture, they could then face a trip to non-League Eastleigh. The National League team host League Two Newport County in a third-round replay on January 16 after Saturday’s initial tie finished 1-1 in Wales.
The FA Cup third-round replays will take place on Tuesday, January 16, apart from Crystal Palace’s trip to Everton which comes a day later. The fourth-round games will be played over the weekend of January 27-28.
