Former Crystal Palace owner Simon Jordan has defended the Chelsea ownership in general on his TalkSport show, but today he laid into them after hearing they were set to poach yet another figure from Brighton.
“Chelsea don’t have any ideas of their own” he said.
“So they come along and take someone else’s ideas. And none of those ideas have been particularly good have they?”
The belief still seems to be that if we buy enough players, coaches and recruitment figures from Brighton, we can eventually become them. That’s not exactly a tempting prospect for Chelsea fans.
