Arsenal winger Reiss Nelson has reportedly told the Gunners of his intention to ‘assess’ his options this summer over a potential transfer.
The 24-year-old penned a new four-year deal at the Emirates last summer after a season in which he made notable contributions to their surprise Premier League title challenge.
However, 12 months on, Nelson’s game time has been limited, with him earning just one start in the top-flight last term.
According to The Athletic, the forward has concluded that a future away from his boyhood club may best serve his career and he has informed Arsenal that he is waying up his options.
They claim that the north London club will be looking for a few in region of £20million.

Several Premier League clubs including Crystal Palace, Nottingham Forest and West Ham have reportedly shown interest in acquiring the England Under 21 international’s services this summer.
Nelson failed to score in his 15 league appearances during the 2023-24 campaign. His only goal came in a 1-0 win over Brentford in the League Cup in September.
The forward rose through the Arsenal academy before making his senior debut in 2017. Nelson went on to enjoy loan spells at Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga and Feyenoord in the Eredivisie.
He had a productive record for the Young Lions, finding the net on six occasions from only 12 appeances.
