Bayern Munich star striker Harry Kane saw his health in doubt ahead of the team’s Champions League match vs. Aston Villa, but Kane was able to attend training and looks focused on the match.
“They have a good team, they deserve to play in the Champions League after their great season. I’m always happy to come back to England and play there. It will be a huge atmosphere, it will be their first Champions League game in a very long time, it will be special for them,” Kane told Bild (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).
When asked if he thought Bayern Munich would look past Aston Villa, Kane dismissed the notion.
“No, I don’t think so. We try to dominate every game and play our style. We will press high and try to win the ball. And hopefully score a few more goals than we did against Leverkusen,” said Kane.
