Hammers News can reveal the two players Julen Lopetegui is worried will miss the crunch Premier League clash with Everton.
West Ham take on Everton knowing defeat could mean curtains for manager Julen Lopetegui.
The Toffees will go above the 14th placed Hammers in the Premier League table with a win.
Several journalists have claimed West Ham’s owners will sack Lopetegui if they don’t beat Everton.
The Spaniard is already without Mohammed Kudus and Edson Alvarez through suspension.
Lopetegui once again confirmed in his pre-Everton press conference that striker Niclas Fullkrug remains out long term.
The manager also hinted at a strange situation surrounding one key star Hammer News reported this morning.
We revealed there are serious doubts over £32m defender Jean-Clair Todibo for the visit of Everton.
Todibo has not been in training at Rush Green ahead of the match.
That was the same last week but in the end the French centre-back was passed fit to face Forest.
It was a disastrous decision as he was at fault for two of the three goals and looked out of sorts.
That was the second week running Todibo has barely trained.
And it comes after he admitted he is struggling to get up to 100 per cent fitness.
Now there has been a monumental blow for Lopetegui as two of West Ham’s best players could miss the crunch Everton clash that could decide his fate.
Which West Ham players could miss Everton?
Hammers News can reveal that captain and star attacker Jarrod Bowen is also a big doubt for the Toffees.
Like Todibo, skipper Bowen has also missed training 48 hours out from the game.
Hammers News was informed of the doubts amid the release of footage from training.
Now in his press conference, Lopetegui has confirmed there are ‘one or two doubts’ over unnamed players.
This is disastrous news for West Ham ahead of such a huge match.
But more so for the manager.
With his head on the block should the Hammers fail to get all three points, being without Bowen and Todibo could mean curtains.
While Todibo has blown hot and cold so far, he’s clearly got the attributes to be a top centre-back for the Hammers.
The Irons might be able to manage without him as Max Kilman and Konstantinos Mavropanos are both fit and in training for Everton, at the time of writing.
Losing Bowen could be almost catastrophic for Lopetegui against Everton.
The Hammers skipper makes the team tick. It is as simple as that.
Without Bowen it really is difficult to see where West Ham’s threat will come from.
The team is already seriously lacking in pace and athleticism.
Monumental blow if Bowen and Todibo are missing for Hammers
So taking Todibo and Bowen out would diminish that even further.
This is how West Ham might line up were both to be ruled out.
And it says everything that Everton and Sean Dyche would be delighted by this team sheet come Saturday.
Fabianski, Wan-Bissaka, Mavropanos, Kilman, Emerson, Soucek, Rodriguez, Soler, Paqueta, Summerville, Antonio.
Mavropanos always seems to have a mistake in him and Kilman does not look the same player alongside the Greek.
That West Ham midfield, bar reliable Tomas Soucek, is abysmal and lacks any pace or mobility.
Carlos Soler and Lucas Paqueta would seriously have to step up.
Lopetegui would also have a big decision to make about whether to play Crysencio Summerville in his favoured left-sided position and Paqueta right or vice versa.
