Sam Tierney and here team mates at Leicester are struggling heavy at the moment, seeing new defeat in their away clash vs. Tottenham. Tottenham scored after just 4 minutes, Janinie Leitzig not really showing class in this situation as it all was bit clumsy, not often a goalkeeper are being noted with an own goal.
Stil time to get back in the game, but Tottenham showed on the day that they can cope with pressure and as a mid table team they show the quality needed to get all three points on board this evening.
Liz Kop was in goal for Tottenham, just being signed from Leicester. She must have been thrilled, both to keep a clean sheet, but also knowing that Janinie Leitzig made that error, and herself coming home from the game with the 3 poins.
Amandine Miquel and her team struggles, but still there are plenty of time and games to turn this around. A couple wins and you are closer away from the relegation position, finding Crystal Palace 1 point behind as the bottom team of the division.
The team possibly need one or two new signings, getting closer to winning more games. At the moment Leicester is not scoring goals in WSL games, but hopefully build on those cup game vs. Birmingham (5-2) and Stoke (4-1). Both teams are on a shelf below, but still Leicester looks capable of scoring goals.

Nelly Las is a very interesting young player and in his third outing vs. Spurs. The 17 year old defender is an England u.17 international and one watch at this point. The fact that Jutte Rantala is out with an injury makes it difficult. The Finland international is an important player for Leicester and with her out, the team suffers.
Not only Rantala out, but also Noemie Mouchon, Hannah Cain, Lena Petermann and Deanne Rose also sidelined. That makes it diffiuclt again tough opponents in the WSL.
Leicester are looking in the market for new recruits, but at this point no concret additions. Amandine Miquel is searching for new recruits, as a replacement and compitition should be given Janine Leitzig, so that she stop being full concentrated and ready.
Leicester will play Liverpool in their next WSL game, coming up on the 26th of January.
